The poor run of form has seen the Foals fall to tenth place in the table, seven points adrift of the European spots. Finishing in the top-six spot now looks highly unlikely for Rose’s team.
Gladbach have been poor travellers of late in the German top-flight, as the visitors have won just one of their previous nine matches on their travels in the Bundesliga.
