Augsburg are not only just three points above their 16th place hosts but also the same number above the automatic relegation zone.
However, Markus Weinzierl’s team head into this game in similar form to Stuttgart, having taken four points from their last two Bundesliga outings against Dortmund and last time out Arminia Bielefeld. A 1-0 win over the latter ended a three-game winless run in the German top-flight for the visitors.
The win at Bielefeld also ended a three-game losing run on their travels in the Bundesliga for the visitors.
There is very little between these two teams in terms of league position. Therefore, it is of little surprise that Forebet predicts that this clash will produce a low-scoring draw.
