On Saturday afternoon, Eintracht Frankfurt will look to keep their hopes of Champions League football alive as they visit hapless Schalke.

Eintracht Frankfurt have been one of the surprise packages of the Bundesliga campaign, in the top four for much of the campaign.
However, things have gone slightly downhill for the Eagles in recent weeks, as Adi Hutter’s team has now won just once in their last four games, having experienced potentially highly costly defeats against Monchengladbach and Bayer Leverkusen.
The poor results have seen the Eagles fall to fifth-place, a point behind Dortmund who now occupy fourth-place in the last Champions League spot.
A lack of clean sheets has had a hand in Frankfurt’s recent poor form, as Hutter’s team has kept just one clean sheet in their last 11 outings in the Bundesliga.
That recent defensive record may not be a major surprise, as no team in the Bundesliga’s top-six has conceded more goals than the visitors.
Their away form has been a major cause of concern of late, as they have won just one of their last five away matches on their travels in the German top-flight.
