In the last few weeks of the Bundesliga campaign, Werder Bremen have been sucked towards the relegation zone. Florian Kohfeldt’s team are now four points clear of both the relegation play-off spot and the last automatic relegation berth.

The Green and Whites head to Union Berlin on Saturday afternoon in need of a morale-boosting win. Werder Bremen have been dragged into the relegation battle because of a poor recent run of form.

Despite their recent inconsistent run of league form, Union have remained tough to beat at the Stadion An der Alten Forsterei, as they are 14 league matches unbeaten on home soil in the German top-flight.
