Everton head into matchday 30 following back-to-back losses. Four points separate the Toffees from fifth place and Europa League qualification for next season.

On Monday night, Everton welcome Crystal Palace to Goodison Park in hopes of ending their losing run. Crystal Palace are unbeaten in three of their last four games in the division. They are 11 points ahead of 18th-place Fulham.

As it stands, the Eagles should be safe from relegation. However, disappointment could be rife at the club following another season spent in midtable.

Everton have won back-to-back games versus Crystal Palace in the league. The reverse fixture played against the Eagles in London finished 2-1 in favour of the Toffees. Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison scored on either side of a Cheikhou Kouyate goal.

Carlo Ancelotti has a number of players on the Everton injury list going into the game. Tom Davies and Ben Godfrey are suffering from knocks but could be passed fit. James Rodriguez continues to be plagued by a calf injury. He could make the squad.

Robin Olsen, Fabian Delph, and Jordan Pickford are all doubts to play. Meanwhile, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Abdoulaye Doucoure are ruled out of the game.

Roy Hodgson has just as many injuries at Selhurst Park going into the game. James McArthur, Nathan Ferguson, and James Tomkins are all three ruled out of the match.

Kouyate and Nathaniel Clyne will both undergo late fitness tests. James McCarthy is unlikely to play due to a hamstring injury.

Everton took nine points from the last 18 on offer in the league. They scored a mere six goals while allowing seven to opponents during that timeframe.

Crystal Palace took eight points from the last 18 on offer. They were outscored 8-4 during those six fixtures. The Eagles have lost three of their last five games away from Selhurst Park.

The Londoners have not won away at Goodison Park since 2014-15. Their last five matches on Merseyside ended without wins. Monday night’s game should end without a victory once more for Crystal Palace.

Everton have struggled at home this season, but should get back to winning ways with a victory over Crystal Palace. The Toffees are a better side with more quality throughout the team.

The Toffees have won back-to-back games against Crystal Palace in the league and should make it a third win in a row this weekend. The victory will keep Everton in the hunt for the Europa League qualification places.
