The first match to be played on Sunday in the English Premier League is between Sheffield United and Leeds United. The game will be played at Bramall Lane with the hosts aiming to pick up their first points of the new season while the visitors are hoping to claim their second win of the campaign.

However, Leeds United delivered a tremendous performance and despite falling behind three times in the game they managed to score an equalising goal. Unfortunately, Leeds United conceded a fourth goal from the penalty spot in the 88th minute and could not get back into the match.
Having suffered defeat via a penalty shootout at home against Hull City in the League Cup, Leeds United won their first Premier League game of the season last weekend. In an entertaining match at home against Fulham, Leeds United were 4-1 up after 57 minutes and managed to hold on to claim a 4-3 victory.
It is clear Leeds united have the ability to score goals this season but keeping a clean sheet is going to be tough.
Team news and Sheffield United will be without the suspended John Egan following his red card last week. Striker Lys Mousset is out with an ankle injury.
Leeds United are without Adam Forshaw who has a hip injury. Pablo Hernandez is the only other player who could be unavailable for the visitors.
Sheffield United will be desperate to record their first victory of the season in this game. Their first goal will be to prevent Leeds United from scoring and if they can do that, the Leeds defence has proved extremely vulnerable early this season. Sheffield United could come out on top and with a clean sheet.
