Team news and Norwich City still have four players unavailable due to injury with Christoph Zimmermann, Grant Hanley, Marco Stiepermann and Sam Byram on the treatment table.
Everton travel with a lengthy injury list of their own including Cenk Tosun, Fabian Delph, Jean-Philippe Gbamin, Theo Walcott and Yerry Mina. Djibril Sidibe remains a doubt due to a knock.
