A victory at the Parc Des Princes against Club Brugge will see Thomas Tuchel’s side book their place in the knockout stages of the competition.
If Real Madrid fails to beat Galatasaray, then a win would also seal top spot for PSG too.
A shock 2-1 defeat at Dijon last time out ended a six-game winning run in all competitions for the home side. The defeat also ended PSG’s run of scoring at least four goals, which they had achieved in their previous four games.
As you would expect, PSG have a strong recent record in the Champions League, having won six of their last seven games in Europe’s elite competition, including winning all three group games this season. They have achieved the victories without conceding a goal too.
Surprisingly, PSG have a slightly mixed recent record on home soil in the Champions League. They have won just three of their last six games, suffering two defeats in the process.
Club Brugge need a victory to keep their qualification hopes alive in the group. The Belgian outfit have taken just two points from their three games so far, but are just two points behind second-place Real Madrid.
The visitors have proven their resilience in the Champions League of late, losing just once in their last ten matches in Europe’s elite competition. Club Brugge are also five games unbeaten on their travels in the competition.
Forebet predicts that PSG will just have too much quality for the French side and record a victory in a high-scoring encounter.
