On Wednesday night, Premier League Tottenham host League Two Newport County at Wembley in an FA Cup fourth-round replay.

The Welsh side held the north London team to a 1-1 draw in the first game. On Wednesday night, they will be looking to cause an even bigger shock in the capital.

Tottenham heads into this clash on the back of a ten-match unbeaten run in all competitions. However, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have drawn three of their last four competitive games, including last time out when they drew 2-2 at Liverpool in a pulsating encounter.

The home side are unbeaten in 11 home games at Wembley in all competitions, having recorded nine wins in the process. Pochettino’s side have won the last three home games and kept three clean sheets in the process.

At the other end of the pitch, the side from north London have also been prolific, scoring two or more goals in seven of their last eight games at Wembley.

Newport heads into this game on the back of a four-game winless run, including the first game. The visitors have suffered defeats against Lincoln and Colchester in their last two games.

The visitor’s recent games have been low scoring, with under 2.5 goals scored in three of their last four games in all competitions. However, both teams have scored in seven of their last eight competitive outings. County have also been relatively prolific of late, scoring at least twice in six of their last eight games in all competitions.

Michael Flynn’s side have been poor on their travels of late, winning just one of their last five away games, suffering three defeats in the process.

Tottenham struggled to beat the Welsh side in the first game. However, Forebet predicts they will see them off comfortably this time around.
