Montenegro and Hungary are set to clash in the Euro 2024 qualifiers this weekend with goals difference keeping these two apart in Group G as the away side boasts of a game in hand over Montenegro.
Hungary played just one game in the Euro 2024 qualifiers back in March but they have been in stunning form over the past year.
The club managed to smash England away from home 4-0 in what was one of their best results in many years. They then went on to win 1-0 against Germany in Leipzig during the Nations League campaign.
In the first and only game for Hungary in these qualifiers, they eased to all three points against Bulgaria after a finish from Balint Vecsei and Martin Adam alongside another goal for Dominik Szobszlai.
As for Montenegro, it's one loss and one win for them after a 1-0 victory away to Bulgaria in matchday one that saw Nikola Krstovic score the game's only goal.
A 2-0 defeat at home to Serbia would come soon after, and now Montenegro sit behind Serbia by three points.
Vice captain and main shot stopper for Hungary, Péter Gulácsi, is out injured as he has been for the majority of the season for RB Leipzig.
Dénes Dibusz of Ferencváros will now stay in goal. Attila Fiola and Zslot Nagy are both out injured for Hungary in defence as well, and Andras Schafer will be missed in midfield after a great season for Union Berlin.
After 109 caps and 21 goals, Balázs Dzsudzsák has hung up his boots and won't be with the squad here, and the same applies for 26-goal striker, Adam Szalai.
At just 22, Dominik Szoboszlai will captain the side with Daniel Gazdag up top after another great start to the season for Philadelphia Union.
Nikola Vukčević is set to miss these set of fixtures after not getting a call-up, while Marko Simić and Adam Marušić will be missed in defence too.
Stevan Jovetić will captain the side with 31 goals in 67 games for Montenegro, and Stefan Mugosa is expected alongside him after scoring 15 goals in 48 games.
Atletico Madrid's Stefan Savić has had another solid season with the La Liga side and will remain here.
Now, in the midst of excellent form from Hungary, Forebet predicts another win for them and for the game to see under 2.5 goals.
