Barcelona are unbeaten in their last five matches against Osasuna in all competitions and seeking a sixth straight match without a defeat against Los Rojillos.

The Blaugrana posted a 2-1 win earlier this season against Osasuna at El Sadar Stadium in Pamplona.

Los Rojillos David Garcia opened the scoring in the sixth minute, but Barcelona managed the comeback to win the fixture despite having centre-back Gerard Pique sent off in the first half. Pedri scored on 48 minutes and Raphinha won the match with a goal in the 85th minute of play.

Barcelona are top of La Liga with 79 points from 32 matches played. Xavi is cruising to his first La Liga title as a manager. Eleven points separate Barcelona from second-place Real Madrid in the standings.

Osasuna are preparing for the Copa del Rey Final against Real Madrid. Barcelona were knocked out of the tournament courtesy of Madrid. Osasuna could win their first major trophy. The only other time Los Rojillos reached the Copa del Rey Final was in 2004-05 when they lost to Real Betis.

Los Rojillos are eighth in the La Liga table ahead of Tuesday night’s match at Camp Nou. The team is five points off the top six and can still qualify for either the Europa League or the Europa Conference League this season.

Osasuna took 10 points from the last 18 points available to them. They are coming off a 2-0 loss to Real Sociedad at the weekend.

Despite Osasuna’s excellent league position, they do not score a lot of goals. Indeed, Osasuna have scored the third-fewest goals in La Liga with just 29. The defence has been solid, conceding just 34 goals.

Barcelona have La Liga’s second-best attack, with 59 goals. The team’s defence is La Liga’s best, conceding just 11 times in 32 matches.

The Blaugrana took 11 points from the last 18 points available to them. The team outscored its last six opponents 10-2. Barcelona are La Liga’s best home team, with a record of 13W-3D-0L and a goal difference of +30.

Xavi will be without defender Sergi Roberto. The defender isn’t due back until mid-May following a hamstring injury.

Osasuna manager Jagoba Arrasate could be without David Garcia due to physical discomfort. He scored in the reverse fixture against Barcelona. Midfielder Darko Brasanac is out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury.

Barcelona are seeking a sixth straight match without a defeat against Osasuna. Barcelona won nine of their last 10 home matches against Los Rojillos and could pick up another victory at Camp Nou.
