The league leaders are back in action this Tuesday as Burnley welcome Birmingham City to Turf Moor in the midst of a solid run of form for the Blues that now sees them in as good of a place in the Championship as they have been in for some time.
For a number of years, Birmingham have fought relegation and made it into the top half on just a few occasions. Now, however, they are sitting ninth in the table and only behind the top six by just two points having won two fewer games than sixth-placed Queens Park Rangers.
The Midlands side have also lost two fewer games than QPR and only Sheffield United have a better defensive record than them.
Birmingham have netted 26 times from 23 Championship games too, and this sees them only have a bunch of teams above them in the goals scored margin. The Blues have also won eight times and drawn eight and lost seven too.
Burnley will be without Connor Roberts in this game after he was sent off in the win over Middlesbrough two weeks ago.
They are, however, still top of the table under Vincent Kompany and now sit three points ahead of Sheffield United in second.
The Clarets have won 13 games so far in the Championship and with 46 goals scored, they are the highest scoring team in the league with a fantastic record of 46 goals scored.
Burnley have only lost twice this season too in the league, but they are coming into this one after losing an EFL Cup round of 16 battle with Manchester United.
The Championship side were never in the game and registered just two shots on target throughout the match.
Burnley's last loss was at the start of November when they were hammered by Sheffield United 5-2 at Bramall Lane. It remains their only defeat in over three months, but they still sit comfortable at the top of the table.
The club have since gone on to score three goals in their next three games, smashing Blackburn Rovers 3-0, QPR 3-0 and Burnley 3-1.
Although Burnley are the favourites to win here, they do come up against an in-form Birmingham team with one of the best defensive records in the league. Forebet predicts a draw here and for the game to see under 2.5 goals.
Birmingham also managed to beat Reading and draw with Blackpool in their past two games since the Championship returned.
