Two teams at opposite ends of the Premier League table go head-to-head on Saturday, as Tottenham Hotspur welcome Leicester City to the capital.

Leicester find themselves rock bottom of the standings – three points adrift of their nearest rivals – having taken a solitary point from a possible 18.

At the other end of the table, Tottenham sit third – one point behind first-place Arsenal and 13 points clear of Leicester.

Spurs have yet to taste defeat in the Premier League this season, picking up four wins and two draws from their opening six matches.

Better still, Antonio Conte’s side have conceded just five goals – meaning only Wolverhampton Wanderers have a superior defensive record.

When you look at the bigger picture, Tottenham have avoided defeat in each of their previous 12 Premier League encounters.

Despite suffering a 2-0 loss to Sporting in the Champions League on Tuesday, Spurs will be confident of returning to winning ways against struggling Leicester.

As for the Foxes, they have failed to win any of their six league outings this term – registering one draw and five losses in the process.

Leicester drew 2-2 with Brentford on the opening weekend, but have since lost to Arsenal, Southampton, Chelsea, Manchester United and Brighton.

Following a 5-2 thrashing at the hands of the Seagulls last time out, Brendan Rodgers’ boys have the second-worst defensive record in the division.

To make matters worse for the Foxes, they have only managed to win four of their past 25 away encounters across all competitions.

Head-to-head: Tottenham have won seven of their previous nine Premier League meetings with Leicester, scoring over 2.5 goals on six occasions.

The Foxes have managed to win just three of their last 12 Premier League encounters with Spurs, suffering eight defeats along the way.

Team news: Tottenham have one injury absentee at the moment, with Lucas Moura sidelined until after the international break.

Meanwhile, Leicester will be without the injured pair of Ricardo Pereira and Ryan Bertrand for their trip to north London.

Leicester are likely to give Spurs a run for their money on Saturday. Still, Conte’s men are expected to come out on top.

Forebet predicts that both teams will score in the capital. However, Tottenham have more than enough attacking firepower to outscore Leicester.
