On Wednesday, Kazakhstani side FC Tobol host Hungarian club Ferencvaros for the first leg of their 2022-23 UEFA Champions League qualifier.
Both Tobol and Ferencvaros booked their spot in Champions League qualifying by winning their respective domestic leagues last season.
While Tobol have very limited continental experience, Ferencvaros have competed in various European competitions on a relatively consistent basis over the years.
