Tuesday night brings us further action from the Nations League and a League C Group 1 clash between Lithuania and Turkey at the Vilniaus LFF stadionas.
The hosts look to open their account following their defeat in the opening game.
A 2-0 defeat at home to Luxembourg was disappointing but it also does no bode well for Lithuania who now have to face Group 1 leaders, Turkey, on Tuesday night.
And despite holding supposed home advantage, Lithuania look to be up against it prior to this encounter.
That defeat to fellow minnows, Luxembourg, has landed Lithuania in early trouble and they find themselves joint bottom of the group with fellow strugglers, Faroe Islands, who were soundly beaten 4-0 in their opening fixture.
The bigger picture shows Lithuania have lost 13 of their last 16 matches in all competitions while capturing just three wins out of their previous 23 games on home soil.
Young midfielder Petkevicius may start for the hosts with Klimavicius preferred for the striker role up front, while goalkeeper Setkus is set to remain between the sticks.
Turkey registered the perfect start to their Nations League campaign by recording a resounding 4-0 home win over Faroe Islands in what could have potentially been a banana-skin.
But the Turks sailed through their opener and the visitors will be looking for more of the same on Tuesday night in Vilnius.
Recent results have been fairly steady where Turkey have been concerned as they have lost just three out of their last 10 matches in all competitions.
But when you know that the three defeats were to Netherlands, Portugal and Italy, then there’s no disgrace attached to those losses.
Turkey have also picked up five wins within this period and includes wins on the road at Gibraltar, Latvia and Montenegro, scoring 7 goals in the process and conceding just 2 in reply.
Indeed, given Lithuania have failed to score in 11 of their last 16 matches overall, Turkey will be confident that they can also keep a clean sheet here.
The visitors seek another three points which could virtually guarantee promotion up to League B even at this early stage in the proceedings.
Leicester City’s Soyuncu is expected to partner Demiral in the heart of defence while forward, Dervisoglu will lead the line once more for the visitors.
A Turkey win and a clean sheet beckons for the away side.
