Juventus will look to heap the pressure on Napoli as they look to move into the the top three in Serie A with a victory against Genoa.
With Inter Milan and AC Milan creating a two-horse title race in Serie A recently, all eyes for those below them move to the fight for the European spots.
Juventus have mathematically secured a place in the Champions League for next season with their 10-point advantage over Roma already and only nine points left on the table.
The Turin outfit now turn their attention to third with Napoli only a point ahead of them, but with them facing off against Torino, Genoa, and Spezia in the final three games of the campaign off the back of a 6-1 victory over Sassuolo, it won’t be easy for Juventus.
Max Allegri's men are in sensational formation, however, and their only defeats on the domestic front in 2022 have come at the hands of Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana final and to them again in the league. This has resulted in a climb into fourth from eighth and a Coppa Italia final in another rematch with the Serie A champions.
Juventus have struggled to keep clean sheets recently, though, with their 2-0 victory over Fiorentina being the only time they've not conceded a goal in the past six games since beating Salernitana 2-0 in mid-March.
Venezia were the victims of another victory for the Turin side last time out, with the unlikely goalscoring hero, Leonardo Bonucci, scoring twice. They defeated Sassuolo recently as well, as Paulo Dybala bagged again with Moise Kean getting a rare goal this season.
As for Genoa, relegation seems all but guaranteed unless they can get at least one win in their next three games, and with the in-form Juventus, third-placed Napoli and then mid-table-chasing Bologna to come up, it looks unlikely they're going to get the job done.
The Red and Blues have also scored the league's fewest goals with 25 from their 35 games, and with 16 defeats, 16 draws and just three wins in the league all season long, Genoa are in absolutely torrid form.
They did manage to get one of those three wins when they beat Cagliari two weeks ago, but this remains their only win in 19 games since their Coppa Italia victory over Salernitana. Genoa have also won just once in the league since way back in September.
Forebet predicts an easy win for Juventus here, and for the game to see over 2.5 goals.
