Lazio’s usually strong home form has been slightly more inconsistent of late in Serie A, as they have won just three of their last eight home games in the Italian top flight. However, Sarri’s team has managed three clean sheets in their last four league outings on home soil.
Sassuolo are ninth place in the Serie A table, six points behind their hosts in the league table after a stellar recent run of league form. The visitors are unbeaten in six matches in the Italian top-flight, having recorded four wins in the process.
One of the main factors in the recent good league form has been their potent attacking play, as Sassuolo have now scored at least two goals in all six unbeaten games.
Young forward Gianluca Scamacca has been in particularly good form scoring four times in his last five Serie A appearances. However, fellow forward Domenico Berardi can match the youngster's goal tally in just his last three appearances in the Italian top flight.
Sassuolo have a decent recent record against Lazio, having won three of the last four meetings with the Eagles.
