An Easy Win for Atletico as Levante Edge Closer and Closer to Relegation

Atlético Madrid will play hosts to Levante at the Wanda Metropolitano this Wednesday night as the two clubs meet in entirely contrasting periods of form with the home side still the champions for now just as Levante have one foot in the second tier.

The champions are now sitting in fifth and level on points with Barcelona and trail Xavi's men by mere goal difference as they also chase down Real Betis in third who are just four points clear.

Despite a boatload of goals being scored recently, their usual defensive stability has vanished this season and it's forced more emphasis on goals scored for a change for Diego Simeone, as Angel Correa has netted 11 goals as the club's top scorer.

Atletico are in poor form across the season and most of their attention will be on next week’s Champions League clash with Manchester United.

However, there is no way in finding an argument for Levante getting anything from this game and Forebet predicts a win for the home side here in a game that sees over 2.5 goals.
