During this period, Bilbao have also slipped to four defeats while also picking up points in five draws, sharing the spoils with Espanyol, Real Sociedad, Levante, Granada and Getafe respectively.

The draw has also been the dominant scoreline on Athletic Bilbao’s travels as well with the visitors being involved in no fewer than seven draws within their last 10 games on the road in La Liga, so the possibility of another draw looks a distinct possibility for this fixture against Alaves.

Bilbao have also won twice and lost once in this 10-game period as well, while the draw as mentioned earlier, has also featured in three out of the previous seven meetings with Alaves in earlier exchanges between the two clubs.

Alaves seem to lack the killer punch at home while Bilbao may settle for a point on the road here.
