Forward Francesco Caputo leads Sampdoria in goals this season with two in three appearances. Caputo joined from Sassuolo at the end of August. Antoino Candreva, a former Juventus player from what feels like a lifetime ago, has a goal and an assist. He is the team’s chief creator.
Juventus are led in goals by Alvaro Morata with two. Moise Kean, signed in the summer from Everton, got his first goal for the Old Lady in midweek against Spezia.
Allegri could be without three players. Defender Giorgio Chiellini could miss out after suffering an illness. Midfielder Arthur remains a doubt for the game as does summer signing Kaio Jorge.
D’Aversa has just one player on the Sampdoria injury list. Forward Manolo Gabbiadini could return in time for the game following an ankle injury.
Juventus may have won four straight games against Sampdoria, but this weekend could see the Blucerchiati pick up points away from home.
