Unbeaten Napoli ready for visit of struggling Juventus

Juventus will be looking for their first Serie A win of the season when they travel south to face Napoli on Saturday.
Max Allegri’s side have only managed to take one point from a possible six this term, meaning they find themselves twelfth in the table.
On the flip side, Napoli head into Saturday’s clash with a 100% record, having claimed two wins from their opening two games.
Napoli beat newly-promoted Venezia 2-0 on the opening weekend, despite Victor Osimhen’s 22nd-minute red card.
They then sealed a 2-1 victory over Genoa, with goals from Fabian Ruiz and Andrea Petagna getting the job done.
Thanks to their solid start to the season, Napoli have now lost just one of their previous 18 matches in Serie A.
They are also unbeaten in each of their last 12 league games on home soil and haven’t lost any of their previous 14 at half-time.
Having scored at least one goal in their last 28 Serie A outings, Napoli will be confident of troubling Juventus on Saturday.
Juventus, on the other hand, were held to a 2-2 draw by Udinese on the opening weekend, despite leading 2-0 at half-time.
Although they dominated possession at registered 18 shots late time out, Allegri’s men suffered a shock 1-0 home defeat to Empoli.
Still, it is worth noting that Juventus have only lost one of their last nine away encounters in the Italian top-flight.
That said, they haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their previous 16 Serie A matches, meaning free-scoring Napoli should profit this weekend.
Of course, the Cristiano Ronaldo saga hasn’t helped their cause. But Juve have more than enough quality to make a resurgence.
Head-to-head: Napoli have only lost two of their last five meetings with Juventus, picking up two wins and one draw in the process.
Five of the previous eight games between Napoli and Juventus have produced over 2.5 goals, so a high-scoring clash is on the cards again.
Team news: Napoli have three injury absentees at the moment – Diego Demme, Piotr Zielinski and Alex Meret.
Juventus will be without injured midfielder Arthur this weekend, while Aaron Ramsey and Kaio Jorge are also expected to miss out.
When you consider Juve’s poor start to the campaign, Napoli will fancy their chances of getting the better of the Old Lady.
Forbet predicts that over 2.5 goals will be scored on Saturday, with Napoli coming out on top.
