A free-scoring Celtic outfit will be looking to put this 2nd leg tie against Czech Republic side, Jablonec, to bed when they entertain the visitors at Celtic Park in the return leg of this 3rd qualifying round tie in the Europa League.
Celtic’s new season started in disappointing fashion as The Hoops were dealt an early exit from the Champions League by Danish outfit, Midtjylland, narrowly losing 3-2 on aggregate after extra-time and although they also suffered an opening day defeat away from home at Hearts in the Scottish Premiership, Celtic have since re-discovered their form.

Results a Celtic Park have also been encouraging as The Hoops have lost just two of their last 11 matches in all competitions, both of these being pre-season friendlies while their last Europa League match at home finished with a 3-2 win over Lille.
Jablonec have had to endure a few tough fixtures of late as the Czech Republic visitors head into this 2nd leg in Glasgow on the back of three games without a win in all competitions and find themselves chasing a 2-goal deficit on Thursday night.
A 3-0 heavy defeat away from home in the domestic top flight at Mlada Boleslav was followed by their 1st leg 4-2 defeat to Celtic at their Stadion Střelnice.
Although they avoided another defeat on the weekend, they had to make do with a 2-2 draw at home with Bohemians 1905.
Recent results have produced a mixed return for Jablonec who have managed to pick up just four wins from their last 11 matches in all competitions, while also struggling to cope with the step up in quality on the Europa League stage.
Jablonec have collected just one win from their previous 12 ties overall at this level, which came in the shape of a 1-0 win at Dynamo Kiev back in 2018 but seven defeats within this sequence suggests they look likely to come off second best once again when they face Celtic on Thursday night.
