Saturday’s Round-up

Monchengladbach picked up an impressive away win against struggling Hoffenheim. Alassane Plea scored just before half-time, before Marcus Thuram and Florian Neuhaus netted after the break.

Kevin Volland and Kai Havertz rounded off a comfortable away win for Leverkusen against Augsburg. Florian Niederlechner opened the scoring with an own goal, while the visitors enjoyed 75% of the possession.

It was bottom vs. top as Paderborn welcomed Bayern. Goals from Kai Proger and Jamilu Collins made it difficult for the champions, but Serge Gnabry, Philippe Coutinho and Robert Lewandowski ensured Bayern came away with a 3-2 victory.

Schalke picked up a shock win away at Leipzig. Emil Forsberg pulled a goal back late on for the hosts, but the damaged had already been done by Salif Sane, Amine Harit and Rabbi Matondo.

Werder held Dortmund to a 2-2 draw at Signal Iduna Park. Milot Rashica gave the visitors the lead before Mario Gotze and Marco Reus turned things around. Marco Friedl rescued a point for Werder on 55 minutes.
