With Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur facing off in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday, there are only eight Premier League fixtures this weekend.

Following an extended Gameweek 32, we don’t have long to make our Gameweek 33 transfers, with the deadline set for 18:30 (BST) on Friday, April 23.

Here are the Gameweek 33 fixtures.

• Arsenal vs. Everton

• Liverpool vs. Newcastle

• West Ham vs. Chelsea

• Sheff Utd vs. Brighton

• Wolves vs. Burnley

• Leeds vs. Man Utd

• Aston Villa vs. West Brom

• Leicester vs. Crystal Palace

With Man City and Spurs out of the equation, plenty of FPL managers will need to make alterations to their team this weekend.

Let’s check out the top FPL picks for Gameweek 33.

Goalkeepers

Having kept a clean sheet against Chelsea last time out, Robert Sanchez (Brighton) could achieve back-to-back shutouts this weekend, with low-scoring Sheff Utd up next for the Seagulls.

Only three goalkeepers have kept more clean sheets than Kasper Schmeichel (Leicester) this season, while Rui Patricio (Wolves) is another gloveman to consider. Both of them have favorable fixtures this weekend.

Defenders

Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool) appears to have rediscovered some form, having bagged one goal and two assists in his last three Premier League appearances. The Reds face Newcastle this weekend.

Matt Target (Aston Villa) and Tyrone Mings (Aston Villa) will both be confident of adding to their FPL points tallies against struggling West Brom.

Jonny Evans (Leicester) is a guaranteed starter for the Foxes – and let’s not forget that Brendan Rodgers’ side come up against already-relegated Sheff Utd.

Midfielders

Gylfi Sigurdsson (Everton) and Mason Greenwood (Man Utd) were the highest scoring midfielders in the previous round, picking up 15 points apiece.

Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd) is still the top scoring midfielder in FPL this season. He could easily add to his tally of 16 goals and 11 assists against a leaky Leeds defence.

If you’re looking for a budget midfield pick, Jesse Lingard (West Ham) and Matheus Pereira (West Brom) are two in-form options.

Forwards

Having chalked up an assist against Man City, Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) is like to enjoy playing against West Brom this weekend. The Villa striker has 12 goals and four assists in the league this term.

With Harry Kane playing the EFL Cup final, in-form strikers like Joelinton (Newcastle), Willian Jose (Wolves) and Josh Maja (Fulham) could be used as a temporary replacement.
