After dropping out of the Champions League, Sir Alex Ferguson will be highly motivated to win the FA Cup and will no doubt rely on his strongest players for this match. Manchester United and Chelsea already made two great games against each other as they exchanged an impressive win for each. In these two matches a total of 14 goals were scored.
At the Old Trafford Manchester United performs very successfully as infrequently the team concedes more than one goal. Chelsea, on the other hand, manages a great performance in the FA Cup. The londoners are unbeaten in the tournament in their last 27 matches. Rafa Benitez however, is probably very worried by the fact that United has scored at least three goals against Chelsea in their last three games. Probably the hosts attack will be led by Van Persie, supported by Rooney and Kagawa - a trio, for which it would be a huge surprise, if they don`t score at least one goal.
Chelsea also has а strong attacking formation and Demba Ba, who will most likely replace Torres, will definitely continually harass the home team`s defense. Manchester United will be hungry for success after the defeat by Real Madrid in midweek and bearing in mind the hesitant form of Chelsea and the fact that United is a great host, the low odds for United to win are not surprising.
