In La Liga’s early kick-off on Saturday, Real Madrid host Levante at the Bernabeu, as the European champions look to get back to winning ways.

Real Madrid are in something of a crisis by their high standards, as Los Blancos have now failed to win in four games in all competitions, suffering three defeats in the process.

Julen Lopetegui’s team have now also failed to score in their last three La Liga games, which has heaped immense pressure on the former Spain boss earlier in his reign in Madrid.

The home side’s failings in front of goal in La Liga have contributed to four of their last five games producing under 2.5 goals. Last time out in the Spanish top-flight, the European champions suffered a 1-0 defeat at Alaves.

Despite their recent poor form, Real Madrid retains a strong home record in La Liga, winning ten of their last 13 games at the Bernabeu and remaining unbeaten in the process.

Levante made a poor start to their La Liga campaign, but have now recorded two straight wins in the Spanish top-flight. Last time out, the Valencia-based outfit recorded a 1-0 win at Getafe.

The game ended a run of high-scoring games in La Liga for the visitors, as the previous three league outings had produced over 2.5 goals.

Levante have been inconsistent on their travels of late in La Liga, winning four and losing three of their last seven away games in the Spanish top-flight. Their recent away games in La Liga have been high scoring, with over 2.5 goals scored in six of their last eight matches.

The visitors have a poor recent record against Real Madrid, winning just three of the last 22 meetings with Los Blancos.

Forebet predicts that Real Madrid will get back to winning ways by recording a victory in a high scoring clash.
