Hammers to get the Blues at Chelsea

On Sunday afternoon, Chelsea host London rivals West Ham at Stamford Bridge, as the visitors look to move clear of the relegation zone.

David Moyes’ team have won just one of their last six away games in the Premier League. The Irons have also suffered three straight away defeats in the league, having conceded 11 goals in the process.
