Arsenal and Manchester City wrapped up Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 23 with a thriller at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night. Thankfully, Gameweek 24 is just around the corner.

The GW24 deadline is set for 11:00 (GMT) on Saturday, February 18, with Aston Villa hosting Arsenal in the early kick-off. Before we go over the best players for FPL GW24, we need to check out the fixtures.

  • Aston Villa vs. Arsenal
  • Brentford vs. Crystal Palace
  • Wolves vs. Bournemouth
  • Brighton vs. Fulham
  • Everton vs. Leeds
  • Chelsea vs. Southampton
  • Nottm Forest vs. Man City
  • Newcastle vs. Liverpool
  • Man Utd vs. Leicester
  • Tottenham vs. West Ham

Chelsea and Manchester City have favourable fixtures on paper, with the Blues hosting Southampton and the Cityzens facing Nottingham Forest. On Sunday, London rivals Tottenham and West Ham wrap up GW24.

Are you ready to check out the best FPL players for GW24? Let’s go!

Goalkeepers

Chelsea, Manchester City and Wolves have the best clean sheet odds for GW24, making Kepa Arrizabalaga (Chelsea), Ederson (Man City) and Jose Sa (Wolves) the top goalkeeper picks.

David Raya (Brentford) is also a great option at the moment. Only Nick Pope (Newcastle) has more points than Raya in terms of goalkeepers, and Brentford host struggling Crystal Palace this weekend.

Defenders

Reece James (Chelsea) is back in contention for FPL managers having returned from injury. Thiago Silva (Chelsea) is also a top pick for GW24, along with Nathan Ake (Man City) and Max Kilman (Wolves).

Luke Shaw (Man Utd) picked up an assist, a clean sheet and three bonus points in the previous round, while Emerson (West Ham) also reached double figures in GW23 thanks to his goal against Chelsea.

Midfielders

It goes without saying that Marcus Rashford (Man Utd) is the best midfield option right now, as the 25-year-old has scored eight goals in nine league outings since the World Cup break.

Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) and Kevin De Bruyne (Man City) both bagged 15 points in the previous round, while James Maddison (Leicester), Solly March (Brighton) and Willian (Fulham) look like excellent differentials.

Forwards

Kelechi Iheanacho (Leicester) was the highest scoring forward in GW23, grabbing a goal, an assist and three bonus points to finish on 12. Erling Haaland (Man City), Ivan Toney (Brentford) and Joao Felix (Chelsea) also scored big.

Given that Forest, Leicester and Southampton have the worst clean sheet odds for GW24, Julian Alvarez (Man City), Wout Weghorst (Man Utd) and Kai Havertz (Chelsea) are all worth considering.
