Gameweek 17 kicks off this Tuesday following another hectic round of fixtures. Overall, there are three games on Tuesday, four games on Wednesday and a further three games on Thursday.

After losing 4-0 to Leicester City, Newcastle United visit Anfield. Tottenham Hotspur return to action after a COVID-enforced lay-off, with Leicester hosting Antonio Conte’s men.

Here is the full list of Gameweek 17 fixtures.

• Brentford vs. Man Utd

• Norwich vs. Aston Villa

• Man City vs. Leeds

• Brighton vs. Wolves

• Crystal Palace vs. Southampton

• Burnley vs. Watford

• Arsenal vs. West Ham

• Leicester vs. Tottenham

• Chelsea vs. Everton

• Liverpool vs. Newcastle

With a reported coronavirus outbreak in the Manchester United camp, you may want to steer clear of any United and Brentford players.

It's time to check out the top FPL picks for Gameweek 17.

Goalkeepers

Once again, Aaron Ramsdale (Arsenal) was the standout goalkeeper in the previous round. He kept a clean sheet and picked up a handful of bonus points in the Gunners’ emphatic win over Southampton.

David De Gea (Man Utd) made a number of important saves in the Red Devils’ clean-sheet victory over Norwich. Meanwhile, Ederson (Man City) and Alisson (Liverpool) also achieved a shutout.

If you’re looking for an in-form differential keeper, Jose Sa (Wolves) and Nick Pope (Burnley) both have less than 4% ownership.

Defenders

Kieran Tierney (Arsenal) and Gabriel (Arsenal) are also owned by less than 5% of FPL managers. Funnily enough, they were the highest-scoring defenders in Gameweek 16.

James Tomkins (Crystal Palace) scored in the Eagles’ win over Everton on Sunday. Elsewhere, Pontus Jansson (Brentford) also notched an attacking return.

With a run of favourable fixtures on the horizon, Man Utd defenders are worth considering. Alex Telles (Man Utd), Harry Maguire (Man Utd) and Diogo Dalot (Man Utd) are all viable options.

Midfielders

Can anyone stop Conor Gallagher (Crystal Palace) right now? The Chelsea loanee bagged a brace last time out, taking his tally to six goals and three assists this term.

Jorginho (Chelsea), James Maddison (Leicester) and Youri Tielemans (Leicester) all registered multiple attacking returns in the previous round.

Raheem Sterling (Man City) netted his 100th Premier League goal. With several injuries in the Man City squad, Sterling looks set to play a key role in the coming weeks.

Forwards

It is worth noting that Jamie Vardy (Leicester) was rested last time out. In his absence, Patson Daka (Leicester) scored his seventh goal in all competitions.

Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd), Emmanuel Dennis (Watford), Joe Gelhardt (Leeds) and Alexandre Lacazette (Arsenal) also got on the scoresheet in Gameweek 16.

Remember – keep an eye out for more match postponements this week. As we head into winter in the UK, we could see further matches called off.
