West Ham have endured a difficult Premier League campaign so far. The Irons are currently 18th in the top-flight table and are on their second boss of the season.

On Friday night, the London club welcomes Leicester to the London Stadium in what could potentially be a massive game for the home side.

David Moyes’ reign as Hammers boss got off to a poor start, as his side suffered a 2-0 defeat at Watford last Sunday. The defeat means that the home side have won just one of their last eight games in the Premier League and have suffered consecutive top-flight defeats.

The Hammers recent problems have stemmed from poor defensive displays, as the home side have conceded at least two goals in their last four top-flight outings.

Home form has been a major problem for the Irons too, as they have lost three of their last four home games in the league while conceding three or more goals in all three defeats.

Leicester’s recent form in the Premier League has been inconsistent. Their inconsistent form has left the Foxes just four points clear of the home side and the relegation zone.

Last time out, Claude Puel’s side suffered a 2-0 home defeat against Manchester City. The Foxes form away from the King Power Stadium has been poor in the top-flight, as they have won just one of their last seven games on their travels. However, three of their last four away games have finished in draws.

History suggests that the visitors will pick up a positive result at the London Stadium, as the Foxes are unbeaten in their last six meetings with the Hammers. In fact, the Midlands side have won on their last two visits to West Ham.

Forebet predicts that the visitors will come away from this clash with maximum points and add to the Hammers relegation worries.
