    Lyon will look to get back to winning ways on Wednesday evening, as OL visit Brest’s Stade Francis-Le Ble in Ligue One.

    Brest have made an inconsistent start to their Ligue One campaign. However, they have made themselves hard to beat, as the newcomers have suffered just one defeat in their first six matches in the French top-flight, picking up seven points in the process.

    Last time out in Ligue One, Brest drew 2-2 with Bordeaux. The draw means that Olivier Dall’Oglio’s team has failed to win in three league outings.

    The home side has been in decent home form since returning to the French top-flight, as they are unbeaten in three matches on home soil in the French top-flight, winning once and drawing twice.

    Brest have failed to win any of the last six meetings with Lyon in Ligue One. However, four of those winless games have finished in draws and the last game between the two teams came back in Brest’s last spell in the French top-flight back in 2013.

    In fact, a 1-0 home defeat against reigning champions PSG last time out means that the visitors have failed to win in four outings in Ligue One. Lyon also failed to beat Russian outfit Zenit in the Champions League group stage.

    The fact that the visitors have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last five matches in all competitions has not helped their chances of getting back to winning ways.

    Lyon have failed to win in their last two Ligue One away games but recorded four straight wins on their travels prior to the two winless away matches.
