Across the past 10 seasons, Tottenham (21) have picked up more Boxing Day points than any other team, outperforming Arsenal (20), Chelsea (19), Liverpool (19) and Man City (18).

In fact, Spurs have avoided defeat in each of their previous nine Boxing Day matches – securing six wins and three draws – with Harry Kane leading the way in many of those contests.

As for Arsenal, they have lost just one of their last nine Boxing Day games. In 2015, the Gunners endured a 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Southampton, with Shane Long bagging a brace at St. Mary’s.
