On the European stage this Tuesday, Union Berlin will lock horns with Napoli in a pivotal Group B showdown.
As the race for supremacy heats up, both sides find themselves chasing the shadows of Los Blancos, jostling for ascendancy in the Champions League table.
In their last Champions League clash, SSC Napoli tasted defeat at the hands of Real Madrid, positioning them second in the group behind the Spanish giants. Though Leo Østigård gave the Blues an early advantage, Madrid fired back with goals from Vinícius Júnior and Jude Bellingham before the break. Piotr Zieliński leveled the score at 2-2 in the 54th minute.
However, Alex Meret clinched the win for Madrid with a remarkable long-range effort in the match's closing moments.

Their last glimmer of hope was in late August when they overcame newly-promoted SV Darmstadt. During their slump, Berlin managed to find the net just three times, while conceding a whopping 19 goals. Now, they precariously hover 15th in the league, a mere two points clear of the drop zone.
In the Champions League, Berlin began on a sour note, narrowly losing to Real Madrid courtesy of a late goal from English talent, Jude Bellingham. Their subsequent group match saw them squander a 2-0 lead against Sporting Braga, who managed a comeback win, thanks to Sikou Niakaté, Bruma, and André Castro.
Given Union Berlin's recent struggles and Napoli's formidable offense, the prediction leans towards a dominant, goal-rich victory for the Italian outfit.
