2276

Arab Contractors will welcome Ismaily to the Arab Contractors Stadium with the home side aiming to keep up their recent unbeaten run in the Egyptian Premier League as the away team sit down in 11th and look to move into the top half of the table.

Arab Contractors are sitting fifth right now and have managed to draw 14 games from only 29 matches. It means almost 50% of the club's games this season have ended with them drawing the match, as they've managed to lose only six and win the other nine.

This has, however, seen Arab Contractors put together an impressive defensive record of 25 goals let in.

At the same time, however, they have scored only 31 times in the league but head into this match having defeated Haras El Hodoud 2-0 thanks to a finish from Mohamed Salem and a goal from John Okoli.

Last time out, Arab Contractors managed to draw 0-0 with El Gaish, but they also beat Al Hammam 4-0 back in the round of 32 in the Egypt Cup earlier in May to now set up a tie with Ceramica Cleopatra.

Prior to these games, Arab Contractors also drew 1-1 with National Bank and 2-2 with Zamalek after a 0-0 draw with Al Masry. It does mean only two wins in the past five games in the league for the club, despite being on a six-game unbeaten run. The last loss for the Mountain Wolves came against ENPPI in a 2-1 defeat.

As for Ismaily, they lost this time last week to Nogoom in the round of 32 Egypt Cup action at home. This loss also saw them have just two shots on target on home soil and it was also their third defeat in the past five games.

During this spell, Ismaily have managed to defeat Haras El Hodoud 1-0 after a finish from Mohamed El Shamy in the first half.

The club have also lost 2-0 to National Bank and 3-1 to Pyramids, while taking all three points of Zamalek in a 2-1 victory at home three weeks ago.

Ismaily now sit down in 11th with only seven wins on the board and just 27 goals scored. What's more, they've managed to concede 32 times this season and lose 10 games.

Forebet predicts a draw in this one and for the game to see under 2.5 goals.
