Atalanta will be looking to return to the win column against the improving Sassuolo this Saturday evening with the Bergamo side now out of the Coppa Italia and down into fourth in this incredible race in Serie A's European spots.
Atalanta lost 1-0 to Inter Milan in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals, as the Bergamo outfit had just three shots on target that day. Nevertheless, they were on a very healthy run just prior to this after also smashing Spezia 5-2 in the Coppa Italia.

The Bergamo side have won 11 games so far, lost just four and scored the most goals in the league after the top two with 39 goals scored.
Sassuolo, however, head into this game off the back of their best win of the season that now leaves them with great hope in terms of staying in Serie A.
Stunningly, the club won 5-2 at the San Siro in what was one of the best-ever wins in the Italian top flight. Gregoire Defrel and Davide Frattesi scored inside two minutes of one another in the first half, before Domenico Berardi scored in the first half as well.
Sassuolo are sitting ahead of Hellas Verona in 18th by seven points and they will start to get really confident in staying up if they can register a win here.
