The final match of the Premier League weekend will take place at the City Ground, with newly-promoted Nottingham Forest hosting Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs are unbeaten after three games and sit fourth in the table. Only Arsenal have collected more points than Tottenham’s seven this season.

As for Forest, they find themselves tenth – three points behind Spurs – after registering one win, one draw and one loss so far.

Forest were beaten 2-0 by Newcastle United on the opening weekend. Steve Cooper’s side failed to notch a single attempt on target at St. James’ Park, while the Magpies had 23 shots.

However, the Tricky Trees secured their first win of the season on Matchday 2 – beating West Ham United 1-0 on home soil.

Thanks to a 1-1 draw with Everton and 3-0 victory over Grimsby Town in the EFL Cup, Forest head into Matchday 4 on a three-game unbeaten streak across all competitions.

Cooper’s men can take confidence from the fact that they have lost just three of their previous 22 games at the City Ground in all competitions.

That said, Tottenham are on a nine-game unbeaten streak in the Premier League. When you look at the bigger picture, they have only lost one of their last 14 league outings.

Spurs thrashed Southampton 4-1 on the opening weekend before playing out a thrilling 2-2 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Last time out, Conte’s boys claimed a 1-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers – with Harry Kane netting his second goal of the season.

Given that Tottenham have scored at least one goal in each of their past eight Premier League outings, they are likely to find the back of the net on Sunday.

Head-to-head: Forest and Tottenham have only played each other once since 2005. In 2014, Spurs beat Forest 3-1 in the League Cup.

Forest’s last win over Tottenham came back in 1997. Since then, Spurs have recorded four wins and one draw in this fixture.

Team news: Forest will be without injured pair Moussa Niakhate and Omar Richards on Sunday. Jack Colback is also a doubt for the hosts.

As for the visitors, they will be without Cristian Romero and Oliver Skipp due to injury. Richarlison could start after making a couple of substitute appearances.

Forest showed great spirit to get the better of West Ham at the City Ground. However, Tottenham should be too strong for Cooper’s side.

Forebet predicts that Tottenham Hotspur will score over 2.5 goals on their way to dispatching Nottingham Forest.
