Hannover tipped to kick off 2. Bundesliga campaign with victory over Kaiserslautern

The new 2. Bundesliga season kicks off on Friday, with Kaiserslautern hosting Hannover 96 at Fritz-Walter-Stadion in the curtain raiser.
