The first match of the tournament between these two teams ended in a 2-1 score for Atletico and Sevilla now has the difficult task to make up the difference of 1 goal. The matches between these two teams are very tight in recent years, as Sevilla has 10 wins, while Atletico has won 9 times.

In Serie A Inter have lost only twice to Fiorentina from 2001 until now and has won 15 matches. Inter and Fiorentina occupy the fifth and the sixth place in the standings and this match is a direct clash for participating in the European tournaments.
Juventus deservedly tops the Serie A standings showing a great and effective football.
