Manchester City - Liverpool FC

Manchester City and Liverpool face each other in a clash, the outcome of which will have a serious impact on the battle for the title of the Premier League. Liverpool currently ranks first in the standings, but City only behind by one point. Both teams are in great form and we definitely can expected an exciting game.

Manchester City crushes every team in their home games this season. The citizens have won all their home games in the Premier League, showing complete dominance over their rivals. It seems almost impossible for City to be defeated in front of own audience, but who else but Liverpool may inflict the first home loss of the citizens.

Suarez is completely unstoppable and in just 12 games he has scored 19 goals goals. Namely the top striker raises doubts about a routine home win for Manchester City. Liverpool is experiencing some problems in their away matches, but the defeat 0:5 over Tottenham last weekend is evidence that the reds can deal with any opponent even as a guest.

Manchester City and Liverpool are the two most goalscoring team in the Premier League this season and so far have scored respectivelly 51 and 42 goals. The home team top scorer Aguero is injured, but we can expect City to reach at least 2 goals in this game. In view of the form of Liverpool and especially that of Suarez, the prediction for over 3.5 goals in this meeting would not be unreasonable.
