Manchester City are within touching distance of four in a row when they meet with West Ham United at the Etihad, and Forebet is here for the final day of the Premier League season with all the latest data, analysis, football predictions and the probability of winning.

City all but put two hands on the trophy when they met with Tottenham Hotspur in north London the other day.

It was looking like being a troubling test for Pep Guardiola’s men, but two goals from Erling Haaland has brought him onto 27 Premier League goals and also another Golden Boot, so it seems.

This 2-0 win over in the capital has also basically earned Manchester City a Premier League title for the fourth time in a row and for the sixth time under Guardiola.

It makes this period the winningest era of Premier League football from one side, surpassing even that of the Sir Alex Ferguson days at Manchester United.

No team has won four Premier League titles in a row, and this also puts Guardiola to within seven of Ferguson in his pursuit to have the most titles in Premier League history.

City are also heading into this game knowing that all they need to do is matched or better Arsenal’s result against Everton in order to get their hands on Premier League title number six.

City are two points clear of the Gunners, have scored a stunning tally of 93 goals from 36 games and lost only three times this season - only Arsenal, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aston Villa have defeated them in the Premier League, while they have only lost to Newcastle United in the FA Cup.

In fact, even when Real Madrid beat them in the Champions League, it came after losing to them on penalties after two draws in both legs in Europe.

Moving onto West Ham, and this is set to be David Moyes’ final game in charge of the Hammers in what has been an incredible second reign for him with the London club.

His first spell in charge was excellent too, but this time around, he has won them the Europa Conference League and got them into Europe on three occasions, including a run to the Europa League semi-finals.

Forebet now predicts a win for City and for the game to see over 2.5 goals, as Guardiola gets his hands on a sixth Premier League title and a fourth in a row.
