2668

Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 32 kicks off this Friday, April 8, with Newcastle and Wolves getting the action underway. For the first time in a long time, there are no blanks or doubles in the offing.

Naturally, all eyes will be on Sunday’s potentially title-defending showdown between Man City and Liverpool. But there are plenty of intriguing matchups elsewhere.

  • Newcastle vs. Wolves
  • Everton vs. Man Utd
  • Watford vs. Leeds
  • Southampton vs. Chelsea
  • Arsenal vs. Brighton
  • Aston Villa vs. Tottenham
  • Leicester vs. Crystal Palace
  • Norwich vs. Burnley
  • Brentford vs. West Ham
  • Man City vs. Liverpool

With Man City and Liverpool going head-to-head, many of the top FPL assets could cancel each other out in Gameweek 32. For that reason, be sure to keep your options open when making transfers.

Here are the best FPL players for Gameweek 32.

Goalkeepers

Aaron Ramsdale (Arsenal) takes on Brighton – the third-lowest scorers – at the Emirates on Saturday. That makes him one of the top goalkeepers for FPL Gameweek 32.

Martin Dubravka (Newcastle) and Nick Pope (Burnley) also face low-scoring sides this weekend, coming up against Wolves and Norwich, respectively.

If you’re looking for a premium goalkeeper for GW32, Edouard Mendy (Chelsea) looks like the best option.

Defenders

Reece James (Chelsea) and Antonio Rudiger (Chelsea) look set to add to their impressive FPL totals against an out of sorts Southampton side this weekend.

With Kieran Tierney (Arsenal) out for the rest of the season, Gabriel (Arsenal), Cedric Soares (Arsenal) and Ben White (Arsenal) are the best defensive picks for the Gunners.

It is worth noting that Joachim Andersen (Crystal Palace), Matt Doherty (Tottenham) and Joe Gomez (Liverpool) all picked up 10+ points in the previous round.

Midfielders

In terms of predicted points, Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd), Son Heung-min (Tottenham), Raphinha (Leeds) and Harvey Barnes (Leicester) look set to enjoy success in Gameweek 32.

Vitaly Janelt (Brentford) was the highest-scoring midfielder in GW31 with 15 points, after bagging a brace in the Bees’ shock 4-1 thrashing of Chelsea.

Mason Mount (Chelsea), Bryan Mbuemo (Brentford) and Gabriel Martinelli (Arsenal) are also expected to pick up FPL points this weekend.

Forwards

With limited options if the forward department at the moment, Harry Kane (Tottenham) is undoubtedly the best forward for FPL Gameweek 32 – and beyond!

Elsewhere, the Hornets duo of Emmanuel Dennis (Watford) and Joshua King (Watford) could enjoy success Leeds’ leaky backline. Ivan Toney (Brentford) is another solid forward option.
