Benfica are currently third-place in the table, behind second-place Porto on goal difference and four points adrift of league leaders Sporting.

Pako Ayestaran’s team have struggled at both ends of the pitch, but it's their defence that is currently the biggest concern, as they have conceded the joint-most goals in the Primeira Liga this season, along with Famalicao and Boavista.
Their away form in the Portuguese top-flight has not been great in recent months either, as they have won just one of their last 12 away games. The visitors also head into this game on a five-game winless run in the Primeira Liga, four of which they have lost.
On paper, Benfica are clear favourites for this clash, so it is no surprise that Forebet predicts a comfortable victory for the Eagles against the visitors.
