Inter Milan remain 2nd in Serie A following their 3-1 win away at Cagliari on Sunday, but local-rivals, AC Milan, top the table by 3pts. Napoli claimed a 2-1 win at home against Sampdoria and sit a point behind Wednesday’s hosts in 3rd spot.
Napoli knocked Inter Milan out of the Coppa Italia last season over two legs but struggled in the league against the Nerazzurri.

Central midfielders, Arturo Vidal and Matias Vecino have both been ruled out for the home side through injury. Victor Osimhen is the only Napoli player expected to miss Wednesday’s clash due to injury.
Goals feel almost guaranteed in this game, and Napoli look like they have the momentum in their favour.
