Bayern Munich won 6-2 in the Champions League against Red Bull Salzburg. They are full of confidence, but may have suffered a blow this week with the possible departure of centre-back David Alaba in January. His contract is up in the summer and could be sold to Liverpool before leaving for free.
Alaba is expected to partner Jerome Boateng on Saturday in defence as Niklas Sule is self-isolating after a positive COVID-19 test. Alphonso Davies is also out with a serious ankle injury.
