Ante Rebic scored the winner for Milan against Brescia to keep his side in the hunt for a European finish this season. Both teams registered 18 shots, but the away side eventually came out on top.

Saturday’s Round-up

Bologna came from behind to secure victory over SPAL. Andrea Petagna put the home side ahead from the penalty spot, only for Francesco Vicari to score an own goal a minute later. Musa Barrow and Andrea Poli both netted in the second half to seal the win for Bologna.

Despite notching up 20 shots, Fiorentina could only manage two on target as they were held to a goalless draw by Genoa. Still, Fiorentina are unbeaten in four, while Genoa remain in the relegation zone.

A Josip Ilicic hat-trick – including a goal from the halfway line – helped Atalanta thrash Torino 7-0. Robin Gosens and Duvan Zapata also got on the scoresheet before Luis Muriel grabbed a quickfire double late on. Armando Izzo and Sasa Lukic were both sent off for Torino.

Super Sunday

Inter were held to a third straight draw, this time by Cagliari. Lautaro Martinez gave Inter the lead, but Radja Nainggolan – on loan from Inter – rescued a point for Cagliari. Martinez was then shown a red card for descent and substitute goalkeeper Tommaso Berni also saw red.

Two first-half goals from Riccardo Gagliolo and Dejan Kulusevski saw Parma beat Udinese at Stadio Ennio Tardini. Udinese slip down to fourteenth following back-to-back defeats. Meanwhile, Parma move up to seventh.

Sampdoria and Sassuolo played out a goalless draw despite the away side playing the majority of the match with ten men. Federico Peluso was sent off for Sassuolo midway through the first half, but Sampdoria failed to make their advantage count.

Verona secured a comfortable victory over relegation strugglers Lecce thanks to goals from Pawel Dawidowicz, Matteo Pessina and Giampaolo Pazzini. The visitors failed to register a single shot on target.

The Derby della Capitale ended all sqaure despite Roma dominating large spells of the game. Edin Dzeko put Roma in front on 26 minutes, but a goalkeeping error from Pau Lopez gifted Francesco Acerbi an equalising goal moments later.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored for an eighth successive game but the Portuguese star was unable to help his side avoid defeat against Napoli. Piotr Zielinski and Lorenzo Insigne got the goals for Napoli, while Ronaldo’s goal came too late to spark a comeback.
