Freiburg and Eintracht Frankfurt set for entreating clash

Freiburg’s performances have been one of the biggest talking points in the Bundesliga so far this season. Christian Streich’s team are level on points with reigning champions Bayern Munich and just four points off the top of the table in fifth place.
However, their recent form has dipped slightly and they face another big test when Eintracht Frankfurt visit the Schwarzwald-Stadion on Sunday evening.
Freiburg head into the meeting on the back of a run of just one win in their last four Bundesliga outings. In their last Bundesliga game, they drew 2-2 at Werder Bremen. The draw kept them in the European spots in the German top-flight, with very little between the teams in the top nine of the table.

Eintracht Frankfurt are just a point below the home side in the table. The visitors form this season has been inconsistent so far.
However, Adi Hutter’s team pulled off one of the biggest results of the season so far last time out in the Bundesliga, hammering ten-man Bayern Munich 5-1 at the Commerzbank-Arena.
While Frankfurt may have been inconsistent this season, the visitors forward line have certainly been firing of late, as they have scored at least twice in their last six league games. Portuguese star Goncalo Paciencia tops the scoring charts for the visitors, having scored six goals in ten Bundesliga appearances.
Both teams will be looking to push up the table. However, Forebet predicts that this match will produce a high-scoring draw.
