The New England Revolution will host Vancouver Whitecaps in Major League Soccer midweek play on Thursday.
The Revolution are unbeaten in their last six matches collecting 12 points from 18 possible. New England are two points back of the MLS Eastern Conference playoffs and could move back into the top seven with a win at home against Vancouver Whitecaps.
The Whitecaps head into the fixture as MLS’s second worst team in terms of points collected. The Canadians have tallied just 20 points 63 possible. Despite their awful form, the Whitecaps are still just nine points back of the Western Conference playoffs.
Vancouver have lost three straight matches in MLS play. The Whitecaps have been outscored in their last three league games 10-1. Vancouver have scored the Western Conference’s fewest goals with 22 and the third most goals conceded at 34.
New England haven’t been great in front of goal this term, scoring 24 times, but they have managed to get timely goals to collect points over their last six games. All six of those fixtures saw both teams score and over 1.5 goals tallied.

The Revolution will pick up another victory on Thursday at home as over 2.5 goals go into the back of the nets. New England could return to the top seven and a playoff place.
