Orebro and Helsingborg go head-to-head in the Allsvenskan

On Friday evening, Orebro host Helsingborg at the Behrn Arena, as the visitors look to move out of the Allsvenskan relegation play-off spot.

Orebro have been the very definition of inconsistent in the Allsvenskan this season. The home side are currently ninth-place in the Swedish top-flight table, just four points above the visitors in the standings.

A credible 1-0 victory at Goteborg last time out was just their fourth win in their last 14 matches in the Swedish top-flight. Incredibly, the win at Goteborg ended a run of 15 league games without a clean sheet for Orebro.

Another concerning issue is their home form in the Swedish top-flight, as they have won just once in eight top-flight games on home soil. In fact, they have suffered three consecutive defeats at the Behrn Arena in the Allsvenskan.

Defensive fragility has been at the heart of the problem for Orebro, as they have failed to keep a clean sheet in eight home matches in the Swedish top-flight, including conceding at least twice in those three straight home defeats.

Helsingborg are enduring a poor campaign and are currently 14th in the Allsvenskan standings. The visitors are in the relegation play-off zone courtesy of an inferior goal difference to 13th place GIF Sundsvall.

A 1-0 defeat at Malmo last time out means that Helsingborg have failed to win in nine league outings. The match produced another low-scoring game for the visitors, as it was their fifth match out of six that had produced under 2.5 goals in the Allsvenskan.

The visitor's lack of goals this season has been a factor in those recent low-scoring clashes, as only the bottom two clubs in the Swedish top-flight Eskilstuna and Falkenbergs have scored fewer goals than the visitors this season.

This game looks like a good chance for Helsingborg to end their winless run. However, Forebet predicts that the visitors will once again struggle in front of goal and suffer defeat in a low-scoring clash.
