We have several Premier League fixtures to look forward to on Sunday this week following the European action in mid-week.  Arsenal travelled to Azerbaijan must now turn their attention to domestic matters as they travel to Fulham for an early kick-off in the Premier League.

Fulham need the points to move clear of the relegation zone whereas Arsenal will be aiming to push inside the top four.

Fulham come into this match having suffered a heavy 3-0 loss at Everton in the Premier League last weekend.  It was their fourth Premier League game in a row without a win and the fixtures do not get any easier.

Having defeated Burnley 4-2 at home in their third league game of the season and followed that with a 2-0 home win against Exeter in the League Cup, hopes were high of a good season.  However, a 2-2 draw at Brighton has started a run of results which has seen Fulham drop towards the relegation zone.

Following that draw, Fulham have lost 3-0 at Manchester City, been held to a 1-1 draw at home by Watford and lost 3-0 at Everton.

However, trends show Fulham are tough to beat at Craven Cottage and have lost only two of their last twenty-one home games in all competitions.  They have also been entertaining to watch, scoring 2 or more goals in eleven of their last fifteen home matches in all competitions.

Arsenal faced a long trip to play Qarabag on Thursday night in the Europa League but returned with a good 3-0 win. Several first team players were rested for the game and all should return fresh for this match.

The Gunners have been in good form recently and trends show they have won their last eight matches in all competitions under Unai Emery.  Having endured a tough start to the season with defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea, Arsenal have recorded five straight wins in the Premier League.

There have been victories at home against West Ham United, Everton and Watford plus away wins at Cardiff City and Newcastle United.

However, away form is not brilliant and trends show Arsenal have lost eight of their last eleven away Premier League matches.  The Gunners have been seeing plenty of goals and there has been over 2.5 goals in nineteen of their last twenty-four league games.

Team news and Fulham will be without the injured trio of Joe Bryan, Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Alfie Mawson.  Neeskens Kebano is being monitored on a daily basis.

Arsenal will make changes to the team which played in Azerbaijan on Thursday.  Petr Cech, Mesut Ozil, Granit Xhaka, Alexandre Lacazette and Hector Bellerin are among those expected to return to the first team.  Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a doubt due to illness.

This should be a good game to watch, with Fulham keen to play attacking football and Arsenal in a good form.  The Gunners are flying at the moment and should have the quality to win this game, with both teams scoring.
