On Tuesday night, German champions Bayern Munich welcome Augsburg to the Allianz Arena, as the home side look to maintain their hundred per cent record in the Bundesliga this season.

Bayern Munich have started their Bundesliga campaign in formidable form, winning all four of their opening games in the German top-flight. Last time out Niko Kovac’s team recorded a 2-0 away win at Schalke, which means Die Rotten Bullen have now scored at least twice in all four of their Bundesliga games this season.

The result also means that 13 of Bayern’s last 14 games in the German top-flight have produced over 2.5 goals.

As you would expect, the Bavarians have a strong home record in the Bundesliga of late, winning 14 of their last 16 league games on home soil. Bayern have also been prolific in attack at the Allianz Arena in the German top-flight, scoring at least twice in six of their last seven games.

Augsburg have made a mixed start to their Bundesliga campaign. The visitors started their campaign with a 2-1 victory over Fortuna Dusseldorf, but have failed to record a league win since, suffering defeats against Mainz and Werder Bremen in their last two league outings.

Although the visitor’s recent Bundesliga games have not been that high scoring, six of their last seven matches in the German top-flight have produced over 2.5 goals.

Augsburg’s recent away record in the Bundesliga is not great, as they have won just two of their last 12 games on their travels.

The visitors have struggled to keep the opposition out in recent away games in the German top-flight, as they have conceded at least two goals in three of their last four outings on their travels.

Forebet predicts that Bayern will record a comfortable victory in a high scoring clash to continue their perfect record in the Bundesliga.
